Soar founder Vonda Tackett quickly fell in love with the vacation/short term rental business after the purchase of her own Galveston Island vacation homes. She loved that she could enjoy it while also sharing it with others when away. A successful entrepreneur Vonda decided her next business venture would be in the short-term rental management space and founded Soar in 2017. With experience on both sides of the rental business, as both a guest and an owner, Vonda and her staff are committed to delivering a great experience for their homeowners and guests.
